Kernels

This directory contains isolated VEA-B capability kernels and the fixed aligned Phase 2B numerical prototype. vea_b_numeric.cu supports only prequantized Q128 x KV192 x D128; it is not a ragged-tail or complete H3 attention backend. Candidates remain isolated here until every integration gate passes; this directory must not be imported by production dispatch.
