Sage2 P1 Entry Fusion Recovery

Recovered implementation sources are preserved as generated patches and are not connected to production dispatch.

  • patches/0001-sage2-entry-wrapper.patch: standalone untracked wrapper from src/h3_blackwell_runtime/sage2_entry.py.
  • patches/0002-entry-validation.patch: standalone untracked randomized and real-block validation harness.
  • ../shared_cuda_experimental_worktree/patches/0001-shared-cuda-experiments.patch: exact CUDA implementation and extension binding. This shared patch is mixed with other requested experiments and is not isolated.

The worktree documentation records exact randomized and block 0/24/49 parity, but rejection at the complete-block performance gate. No runtime branch is reconnected here.
