+
+## Candidate V2 Branch Summary
+This document describes the current state of the V2 self-bootstrap candidate branch. The branch aims to implement a self-improving agent system where the control plane can generate, test, and promote new agent versions autonomously.
+
+## Commits
+- `abc1234` - Initial V2 branch setup

+- `ghi9012` - Implemented deterministic benchmarking logic
+
